"Excellent experience! Called Ray end of day and he sent Jim out next day and the the service was highest quality with greatest courtesy. Jim installed a new belt-drive unit and keypad and programmed all the controllers and made sure all worked for us. Then he walked us through how to reprogram if needed. He was here well under two hours and left our garage spotless. Highly recommend Ray's Overhead Door for your garage door repair needs. Mark A. New Lenox, IL"

"My garage door would not open all the way. It was 8 pm. on a Saturday, and I thought I would give it a shot and call. I was not thinking that Jim would call me back until the next day. He called me back, and yes, he came out a couple of hours later and fixed my door. Now that is excellent service. Jim, thank you for coming out on a Saturday night and getting my door working again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!"

"Probably the most efficient home repair experience I’ve had in 20 + years of homeownership. Our garage door opener stopped working at around 2pm. I called Ray's Overhead Door and the representative was both friendly and helpful. The scheduler was able to schedule someone between 6-8pm today but then she said it could possibly be earlier if the technician was available after his current job. 5 minutes later the technician called and said he could be here in 15 minutes. He arrived, assessed the problem, and replaced the part in less than 30 minutes and the price was absolutely fair. So, from the time I called re. The issue (again, on a Sat afternoon) until the job was completed was about 90 minutes! I was hoping for a Monday resolution (48 hours) and I had a 90 minute resolution. That is both unprecedented and outstanding! Kudos to Ray's Overhead Door!!"
