"Called Ray on a Saturday morning around 8:30 a.m., he said he could be out around 1:30 p.m. He made it close to that time, no extra charge for weekends. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. Check & adjusted everything and only recommended what needed to be replaced on my door, (cables), said the opener was in good shape and didn't need replacement. Highly recommend Ray, very reasonable price for excellent service!"

"Excellent and quick service. Called for a broken spring. Replaced that and did some additional maintenance (cable, bolts, height adjustments) for free. From the time I called to the time it was fixed was literally an hour and a half!__This was my second time calling them. Surprised by the old 1 star review. I used them a good number of years ago (probably close to that review time) and they suggested a repair instead of replacement which saved me a ton of money. Very satisfied."
