"Prompt response for a garage door issue through the phone on a rainy Sunday morning. Came quickly since he was in the area and fixed it for a very fair, competitive price. Had to come back for a minor adjustment, but everything is good so far. Great overall service!"

"called at 12:58pm on a Sunday with an emergency. the NICEST man arrived at my house before 4 PM, same day, ON A SUNDAY. made the fix super fast so I didn’t have to leave my garage door open overnight. thank you so much! went above and beyond for a brand new customer… who will now be a customer for life!
and yes, I called two other big name companies (with answering services) that were “booked”. when I called Ray’s, I got an actual person who offered an immediate solution."
